Supreme Court places individual mandate in "significant trouble"
"Justices ask questions for all sorts of reasons. They may be trying to persuade their colleagues; they may be playing devil's advocate to sharpen the opinions they're trying to write; and, yes, they may have honest questions. But I see almost nothing in today's transcript that gives me any confidence that a fifth vote exists to preserve the individual mandate -- and if that goes, then the Guaranteed Issue provisions will fall as well."
