Arizona now 13th most overweight state in U.S. (Utah and Colorado FTW)

The Fat of the Matter: Arizona now 13th most overweight state in U.S.


The top five most overall overweight states were 1. Mississippi, 2. Louisiana, 3. Arkansas, 4. Kentucky and 5. Tennessee. These states consistently led metrics such as “adults eating less than one serving of fruits or vegetables daily” and “physically inactive.”
The five least overall overweight states were 47. Hawaii, 48. Massachusetts, 49. New Jersey, 50. Colorado and 51. Utah. Both Colorado and Utah scored consistently at the bottom of metrics such as “children who are overweight,” “high blood pressure” and “physically inactive.”
