Despite progress in other areas, in industrialized nations, employment rates for people with disabilities keep falling.

But, despite international awareness that people with disabilities have the right to work – an entitlement enshrined in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons With Disabilities – even the most advanced economies can't seem to find a way to successfully integrate them into the workplace."
