"Barring election-year upsets or an adverse US Supreme Court decision, healthcare reform is coming, and some provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) have already gone into effect. Among the latter are the Medicare shared-savings program for accountable care organizations, a 10% Medicare bonus for primary care physicians, and the first phase of tax credits for small businesses.
