‘Malta a role model for WHO EU members’ – European regional director
Malta signs Biannual Collaborative Agreement with World Health Organisation, part of a six-year collaboration agreement between the WHO European regional office and the ministry.
"Malta is a role model for the European region and the advances the country made within the health care sector are remarkable.

"Malta has adopted a large amount of policies, such as obesity, sexual health and cancer, among others in such a short period, an indication of efficient health leadership," Jakab said.
