Child Obesity Becomes Entertainment
The show “The Biggest Loser” has decided in it’s 14th season, to tackle Child Obesity by bringing on 3 children to compete.
Noah Gray (13), Lindsay Bravo (13) and Sanjana Chandrasekar (16) will compete to be skinny on the upcoming season of The Biggest Loser.
Do you think it teaches the right lesson that you can only be healthy if they nation is cheering you on? or that exercise is only fun if you have a camera crew with you?
Personally, as one who grew up being an obese child, I know I didn’t want anyone watching me attempt to get my big butt in gear and exercise. It will be difficult for me to watch these kids suffer on tv for their self image. I wish them the best of luck.
