"Yup, imagine your decomposing boss staggering about the office stalking you and your co-workers moaning “brains,” the zombie food of choice.
OK, it ain’t actually gonna happen. Zombies aren’t real, except on city councils and boards of supervisors. Still, the major theme in graphic novels and bad movies is an excuse for otherwise rational people to prepare for the unexpected, an excuse that even Centers for Disease Control exploit to deliver a message through the joke: Prepare for disaster so you can survive it."
