Media instructed not to speak to Tim Tebow at Texas event
Unlike in an NFL locker room, the league's most noteworthy backup quarterback was under no obligation to abide by any specific guidelines with media covering his speech at the "Celebration of Collaborations" event at Whataburger Field in Corpus Christi, Texas Wednesday night. But while Tebow asked his audience if they "were willing to stand out and persevere,"organizers made it very clear that journalists covering the event were to do no such thing in an attempt to speak with the Heisman winner.
