"The route to ending Obamacare - easily, fast, and nonviolently - was suggested by Obamacare's defenders in their arguments to the courts that Obamacare would crash unless people actually all bought health insurance in order to bring in enough healthy people to be chumps for the insurers. That makes the backstop route to overturning Obamacare obvious - the Rosa Parks solution, civil disobedience of the "individual mandate."
