"After the Health and Human Services rule governing contraceptive coverage, we now see just how sweeping the state's power has become under the law — and that the administration fully intends to use that power to dictate health insurance decisions to employers.
Then there is the cost. The CBO pegs the total cost through 2022 at 1.76 trillion. That's gross, not net, but still an astronomical amount of new spending the people have been committed to finance somehow. And that figure still includes some time before the law is fully in effect. The cost will only grow."
