New ovens help Miss. schools keep fries on menu

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) Mississippi school officials have discovered a new tool in their attack on childhood obesity: the combi-oven.

It's a cross between a steamer and an oven, and cafeteria managers say it can make those french fries crispy without fatty oils.
