About midmorning the sirens sounded again. I ran out of the day room and met the Commanding Officer (CO) coming out of his office next door. "Major Davis, what do I do, sir?"
Where are you assigned, private?"
"I don't have an assignment, sir."
"Then find a hold and get in it." I did just that.
