The employers' hiring nightmare—a recent graduate, poorly educated in the skills important to the employer, showing up to interview with hovering parents in tow—will be avoided. Instead, the employers' dream—a mature, self-sufficient, employable graduate—will show up with necessary and critical skills. And get hired.
