Supremes approve creation of massive database of criminals' DNA

"In a 5-4 decision announced today, the Supreme Court of the United States reversed, holding that the Fourth Amendment allows the police, without first obtaining a warrant, to obtain DNA from any person arrested for a "serious" crime—crimes of violence, basically. And it's not the five you expected. For those of you who like Angry Scalia when he's on your side of an argument, flip below the fold for Vintage Nino, because he is not in a good mood."
