Fungal meningitis patient from Genoa Township starting online support group

"Dargan is among 264 Michigan cases connected to the ongoing fungal meningitis outbreak, which has been linked to contaminated pain medicine shots she received at a local clinic. The deaths of 22 Michigan residents also have been connected to the 20-state outbreak, which has claimed 63 lives overall."
