"In a statement, the Health Ministry said 70 per cent of people with cancer in the country presented themselves at hospitals in the later stages of the disease.

As such, the Health Minister, Dr Neil Sharma, has urged people to seek medical assistance early to allow medical officials to carry out a diagnosis and treatment."
